Provides support to first year students through one-on-one counseling, freshmen survey course instruction and targeted programming addressing first year student concerns through intentional collaboration with other departments; serves as the primary back up to the Coordinator of Financial Aid during peak workload periods; provides financial aid counseling services and support in the Marion campus Financial Aid office to enrolled and prospective students and families.

Bachelor’s degree; collegiate financial aid experience; excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills; ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects concurrently; ability to work some evenings and weekends; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, or related field.
Target Salary: $19.23 - $21.16 Hourly
