This position is responsible for offering strategic, operational and business support for Campus Living's core facilities management IT services, including support of our facilities and inventory management system, physical building access controls and building supervisory control systems. This position also offers strategic, operational and business support for A/V needs and the time and attendance system.
The department is looking for a candidate who has a proven track records of workflow design and IT-enabled process improvement. This position is highly collaborative and the successful candidate will be expected to form strong work relationships with internal Campus Living stakeholders and other campus partners. This position is responsible for managing any and all enhancements to systems as well as providing individual and group-based training.
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience and a proven track record of software systems analysis/integration and IT enabled workflow improvement. Knowledgeable regarding writing advanced SQL queries using relational database management systems such as MSSQL, Oracle and access. Proficiency with MS Access and Excel. Basic TCP/IP networking skills
Bachelor’s degree with more than 2 years of experience, specifically in a technical field such as Management Information Systems (MIS). In addition to the minimum qualifications, basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as vb.net, java, C#, etc. Working knowledge of enterprise level software, access control or facilities management software offerings such as PeopleSoft, Kronos, Salesforce, SAP, Maximo, TMA, BASIS, CBOARD, etc.
