Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA / CMA or other equivalent licensure or certification5 or more years of experience with progression in financial reporting and analysis5 or more years of supervisory experienceIntermediate level of working knowledge of GAAP; ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate with varying levels of employees and senior management to drive sound business decisionsExpert level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and other financial reporting toolPreferred Qualifications:Intermediate level of proficiency with Access and SQL Active CPA / CMA statusSoft Skills:Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data Careers with Optum.
