Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 3+ additional years of equivalent experience3+ years of experience in business and / or finance analysis that includes gathering and documenting business requirementsIntermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Access and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with EDI, 820 and 835 filesExposure to Agile methodologyAnalysis experience supporting Finance departmentExperience with CA Rally ToolHealthcare/ Business Analysis experience in a Healthcare environmentDemonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processesExcellent oral and written communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verballyAbility to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate dataWorking knowledge of relational databases, database structures Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
