Your passion for performance can fuel your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership leveraging Monarch's robust data warehouses Interpret and analyze claims, membership, and authorization data in support of cost trend analysis as well as clinical program performance evaluationParticipate in various committees innovating and validating new data - driven performance measures and goalsPrototype new and complex reporting for hand - off to IT using knowledge of healthcare administrative claims data
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a field that relies on quantitative analysis (e.g. Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) and / or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior experience with analytical report development, either from professional or educational work At least an intermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Post-graduate degree in a field that relies on quantitative analysis and/or healthcare policy and analysis Prior experience in a healthcare or managed care organizationPrevious experience working in a SQL or SAS data environment What's the first thing that happens when one of the most successful physician groups in Orange County comes together with a global leader in health care?
