The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Account Executive to work in the Ticket Office. This is a full-time position, hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be expected to help create new revenue opportunities and build relationships through the Bearcats Athletics network. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for selling Football, Men's Basketball, and Baseball ticket packages through outbound calls and appointments. Assist in developing sales and marketing campaigns surrounding the ticketed UC sports.
Collaborate with entities across the department and campus on various ticket initiatives including Young Alumni program and Faculty/Staff campaigns.
Work UC Football & Men's Basketball home games along with nights, weekends and holidays as assigned. Various ticket sales and service duties required throughout games.
Achieve and exceed season and yearly revenue goals established by management.
Provide auxiliary support in Ticket Operations across the three ticketed sports and other outside events.
Minimum qualifications Bachelor degree with one (1) year of experience; -OR- Associate degree with three (3) years of experience; -OR- five (5) years of experience. Experience must be in sales or related field.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Ticket Office and working knowledge of Paciolan or a similar ticketing system.
The position often requires evening and weekend hours.
