Primary Responsibilities:Evaluate and negotiate pharmaceutical contracts in compliance with company templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls Complete amendments, assignments, and extensions of contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors, as well as secure confidentiality agreements Act as department liaison for audits and special projects Support and manage contract databases Review contracts to determine/research terms Responsible for contract file maintenance and circulating completed agreements/amendments for signature Manage meetings Participate in additional projects, as needed Get ready for a high impact role. You'll be tasked with working in conjunction with our national clinics and hospitals to manage, collect, and analyze provider data, updating and loading provider data, and resolving any escalated issues with the clients.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry Experience working with contracts, preferably with Rebate and Purchase discount contracts Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Pharmacy benefit management experience Bachelor's degree Compliance and risk management experienceCreating and fine tuning provider networks helps improve access to health care for millions.
