The Technology Support Technician is responsible for managing mission critical information systems for the University’s Aggie OneCard office. This responsibility includes administering The ID Card system, CSGold system and Micros systems.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The Aggie OneCard Office is responsible for providing a universal card used for identification, library use, meal card, debit account, door access, etc. This office is the primary location and contact for all users of the Aggie OneCard; these users include, but are not limited to faculty, staff, students, parents, deans , department heads and others. This office provides a single resource for the NC A&T community to receive a multifunction card. This office also provides a resource for parents, students, faculty and staff.

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in the field of technology related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
High School diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in administering and supporting CSGold and Micros systems.
Certificate or formal CSGold training.
