The department of Internal Medicine is seeking an Administrative Support Associate to work in the Department Business Office.
This position is one of the first points of contact for the Business Office. The person in this position will be responsible for receptionist duties, complex scheduling of meetings, organizing faculty visits, and clerical support for the Department staff.
In addition, this position will provide financial review assistance for the department/OOC cost centers as well as reporting and maintenance of contract information. Special projects will be assigned as needed.
Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment. Proficient computer and MS Office skills. Organization, attention to detail, confidentiality.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Associate’s degree and more than 3 years of administrative experience preferred. SAP experience preferred.
