SUMMARY: As a member of the Operations team this full-time, non-exempt position will support the infrastructure of Alumni Affairs and Development by providing ongoing data and user support for FAS and UNV Affiliates. He/she is responsible for managing selected timelines, preparing Ad Hoc requests, executing staff trainings, and overseeing the collection and input of data, acting as the main point of contact for these groups. He/she will triage requests for access and data and collaborate with University Senior Managers to review determine appropriate level of access (if any).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support day-to-day business process functions and respond to staff requests for the FAS and UNV Affiliates groups.
2. Serve as CAADS authorized requestor for assigned departments and attend monthly CAADS LPM meetings. Conduct regular reviews and report on Affiliate access and use of Advancement systems.
3. Organize and convene monthly meetings with UNV Senior Leaders to review Affiliates' requests for access and data. Document approvals and decisions for AA&D Data Disclosure Business Manual.

1. Bachelor's degree at an accredited university with minimum 2+ years' experience in university fundraising, administration or transferable experience. 2. Proficiency with MS Office required. 3. Minimal travel required, conferences or peer meetings. Some evening and weekend work required.

Must have excellent organizational skills. 6. Experience with SQL, Toad, ADVANCE and Qlikview and other Business Intelligence technologies desirable.
