The Student Services Specialist is responsible for assisting with questions and concerns for all areas within the Student Access and Success Division, with particular emphasis on Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid and Scholarships, while utilizing and ensuring the highest standard of customer service skills.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED. PREFERRED: Prior experience working in a customer service environment with high volume of customer contact.
- One year of related experience in clerical data entry work and customer service. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. PREFERRED: Knowledge of enrollment management/student service university setting.

- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
