A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management or a related area.
One to two years professional human resources, marketing, or customer service is required.

Able to come up with breakthrough ideas. Sees multiple possibilities of generating qualified candidates for MUHC.

Candidates who will move to the front of the line will have:
Previous recruitment experience, especially in a Hospital environment.
Experience with locating and sourcing new candidates.
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and Taleo.
Ability to present to various sizes of audiences at multiple levels within the organization.
