This position's primary function is data entry and gift processing for the Virginia Mason Foundation. This individual will assist with the production of mailings, support the financial record keeping of the Foundation as well as update and maintain donor records in the database. They will also support the fundraising efforts of the Foundation by coordinating mailings for solicitation letters and invitations.

High School Diploma or GED required.
This position requires three years of progressively responsible office experience in a fund development organization.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Fund Master systems and applications.
Excellent customer/donor relations skills.
Prefer experience using Raiser's Edge donor database.
