Florida Hospital Kissimmee seeks to hire an Outpatient Endoscopy RN who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.
Florida Hospital Kissimmee is a 163 bed community-focused hospital, conveniently located near Walt Disney World. The team here is dedicated to bringing mission-focused, faith-based care to residents and visitors of Osceola and Orange Counties. At the heart of our latest expansion is a new, three-story tower featuring 80 expansive, private patient rooms and a host of modern amenities and technologies. Because we believe family support is an essential part of health and healing, we've included large, beautifully decorated family waiting areas with the comforts of home. Plus, each patient room includes ample space for visiting loved ones to relax, work and sleep.
Florida Hospital Kissimmee's brand new Outpatient Endoscopy Suite opened in May of 2012, performing both GI and Pulmonary procedures. There are three procedure rooms and twelve patient bays. Two of the patient bays double as pediatric or negative air pressure bronchoscopy holding areas. The Nurse's station was designed by Nurses for Nurses and the flow of patient care throughout the entire department lends itself to a very positive patient experience. Every door automatically opens for stretchers or wheel chairs and the flow of endoscope processing is state of the art. Inpatient Endoscopy is performed in the main hospital and staff are cross trained to cover both Outpatient as well as Inpatient procedures.
