The Staffing Coordinator functions as a liaison between the each Mount Carmel hospital and facilitates improved collaboration between to provide the safest care to our patients.
Monitors staffing needs on a shift-by-shift basis for each patient care area across the Mount Carmel Health System
Assists in obtaining and deploying necessary resources to all units by contacting FlexChoice nurses
Responsible for maintaining and communicating changes to schedules
High school graduate or equivalent
Effective communication skills
Self-motivated, independent, organized and able to prioritize work
