The IAM (Identity and Access Management) Sr. Technical and Operations Analyst functions as both a hands-on Sr. Business/Technical Analyst and a hands-on Sr. Operations Analyst for the requirements specification, design, documentation, testing and execution of IAM technology projects and operational processes. This position will report to the Associate Director of IAM Technical Analysis and Operations in all aspects of business, technical and operational analysis within the IAM domain. As an IAM Sr. Business/Technical Analyst (BA), this role will have responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and requirements for the IAM domain. This role will be involved throughout the solution development life cycle focusing especially on elicitation, documentation, and communication of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing. As a Sr. IAM Operations Analyst (OA), this role will coordinate the dispatch and handling of IAM incidents and requests for service as well as assist in problem management, process documentation and other hands-on aspects of IAM technical service management. Create Requirements, Design, Use Cases and Specifications for IAM technical solutions and process designs. Create and Maintain Operational Documentation for IAM Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Management. Create and Maintain IAM Service documentation. Dispatch and Handle IAM Incidents and Service Requests. Administer IAM problem management and work prioritization Decompose high-level business needs into structured requirements, use cases, user stories/scenarios, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements; with sufficient detail to satisfy the needs of the business, developers and testers.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Direct IAM experience is ideal - (requirements, features, tools, policies, standards, practices). Expertise in SQL queries, data analysis, HPQC. Experience working with data warehouses or databases. Experience with integrations.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field and four to nine years of related technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
