The CRM business analyst will lead small/complex business requirements analysis, user acceptance testing, functional production support, system analysis, consulting, and upgrade project work. Position will provide functional expertise for the Indiana University CRM initiative, supporting mission-critical University processes on all campuses. Contribute to the growth and modification of the University Salesforce CRM platform by acquiring and maintaining knowledge of new and emerging applications, tools, and architecture that may be used to support these functional operations. Lead the functional analysis and requirements refinement of mission-critical components or applications by interpreting client needs and applying these decisions to the requirements, analysis, and testing of applications functionality and their user interfaces. Individual must maintain operational awareness of applicable University business process and objectives, develops and implements testing plans, develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, and insures compliance with federal and university policies.
Effective project analytic and communication skills are essential for this position. This position will have to establish collegial relationships with counterparts in other modules and areas of adoption across the University, balancing advocacy with the need to cooperate in the management of an extremely complex interrelated system. In addition, the position will have to communicate and consult with the partner resources in campus functional units and negotiate, mediate and resolve issues critical to the mission of the University.
Required Qualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree in analytic or computer related field. At least two years of business analysis experience working on complex problems and producing concrete, actionable solutions.
