The Center for Health Services Research is currently seeking an Administrative Support Associate I.
The candidate selected for this position will assist the Center Director and Administrator to handle administrative needs such as overseeing calendar, scheduling/preparing/ organizing center internal and external meetings, business trips, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.
Develop forms and reports used to document, track, and report continuing center activities. Compose, proofread, and distribute outgoing correspondence, memos, forms, and reports, etc. Perform data entry, organize, file, and maintain center's records, manuals, and correspondence.
The candidate selected will also prepare meeting agenda, record and distribute minutes. Maintain contact lists to include addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Answer incoming calls and route to the proper person. Other duties as assigned.
Organization, communication skills (oral and written), customer service skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Bachelors plus 3 to 4 years of related experience preferred.
