The UK College of Engineering is seeking a highly motivated professional to work with the Director of Enrollment Management to utilize research and data analysis from our program to develop a strategic recruiting plan which will included visiting high schools, scheduling personal meetings with visiting students, assisting in the development of high quality recruiting materials, and develop new initiatives to attract eligible freshmen and transfer students (not limited to gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, socioeconomic status, etc.) primarily from outside the state of Kentucky and assist with in state recruitment initiatives as required. Individual must communicate frequently with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Selected candidate will also plan, coordinate and attend recruitment and outreach events directed at potential students throughout the year. Frequent out of state travel is required.
