This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of critial, integrated masterfiles used in the Epic system at OHSU. Specifically the incumbent will be responsible to follow documented procedures and on maintenance related request for the provider masterfile (SER). The incumbent will also assist and educate end users on the appropriate way to request records be created in Epic and explain when their requests cannot be fulfilled due to policies and regulations.
The incumbent will provide end users support including provisioning cash drawers, referral workqueue access and insurance website access.
This position is the centralized network contact responsible for submitting requests for workstation equipment, managing inventory and imaging new computers with OHSU approved software. The incumbent will also be responsible for user support including technical troubleshooting.
