Our Austin office has an opportunity for an immigration associate with two to four years of experience to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role within our business immigration team.
Ogletree Deakins has one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States and provides a wide range of legal services for employers seeking temporary business visas and permanent residence on behalf of foreign national employees. The immigration practice group employs over 73 immigration attorneys and over 124 paraprofessionals.

Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates should possess experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas.
Candidates must possess experience in a high-volume business immigration work environment.
Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in business immigration.
Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required.
