ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS RECRUITING, Sloan School of Management, to manage a four-person team responsible for planning and executing all global recruiting and conversion activities for Sloan's master's degree programs. This includes working with the MBA, MFin, MBAn, Sloan Fellows, and MSMS leads to develop a master events calendar; collaborating with the Student Life Office on creating events that focus on diversity and inclusion; managing relationships with external constituents, e.g., current students, alumni, the MBA Program Office, the Student Life Office, the Office of External Relations, and professional organizations; and serving as a member of the Admissions' leadership team and the Admissions Committee.
Job Requirements REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree (master's preferred); a minimum of five years of work experience in admissions, hospitality, or related field; experience managing others; budget management experience; ability to lead; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong project management skills; and outstanding presentation skills.
