The Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences Department is seeking a Project Manager .
Work on projects and is the point of contact to facilitate multiple departmental initiatives. In this capacity, the Project Manager may work directly with and take direction from the Chairman, Service Chiefs and others to address and manage various aspects of divisional operations that have been assigned.
Require initiation of analyses (operational and financial), data gathering and manipulation, and presentation of results, findings and recommendations to the Administrator prior to presentation to departmental clinicians or hospital administration.
Coordinate projects from frontline or direct appropriate staff as applicable.
Proactively propose and develop methodologies to fulfill programmatic needs and reviews with Administrator as needed.
A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health) with at least 4 years of project management related experience.
Experience in healthcare related field preferred.
Microsoft Office applications at a senior skill level (especially MS Excel).
Strong information management, communication, & analytical skills.
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
