GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: This position manages the collection of requirements for data requests, and the processing of changes to the data; makes modifications to the CRM system, analyzes the data integrity, and configures existing objects within multiple application/databases.
Update and maintain CRM software requirements, queries, rules, and other modules, for the processing and tracking of admission-operations related activities.
Manage the development and maintenance of procedures for the efficient and effective delivery of services in admissions and recruitment; train other admissions operations staff accordingly.
Manage interfaces or reporting systems, working closely and collaborating with all Admission Associates and reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations.
Provide decision-makers and others involved in the recruitment process with regular, consistent reporting of performance metrics and progress toward enrollment goals.
Maintain the Data Catalog.
Manage external vendor relationships and data systems, which includes, but not limited to CommonApplication, Technolutions, ACT, College Board, and Joint Services.
Manage the imports of data, and analyze the systems for data integrity.
ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Coordinate updates and troubleshoot issues that bridge data between multiple software databases at the college with a special emphasis on communication with the universities' student information system.
Develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships with staff members.

Attend and participate in a variety of meetings, workshops, and conferences related to Admissions.

Minimum High School degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum three (3) years full-time related experience.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Excellent communication skills required: speaking, writing, and listening.
Understanding of college admissions processes and recruitment.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel required; experience with recruiting software preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Access preferred.
Understanding of a service or support environment.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
Ability to be attentive to details, be accurate, be precise.
Ability to work in a team environment; and work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to reason/analyze; maintain confidentiality; and demonstrate patience, understanding.
Ability to show initiative; multi-task and organize workflow; manage one or more multiple projects; and handle frequent interruptions.
Ability to lead/teach preferred.
