The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs is a 11-month professional position reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students and the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. We seek a professional with passion and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, student advocacy and student-centered learning and development. This position participates in departmental strategic planning and mission development for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. The Assistant Director works with the fraternity and sorority community through hands-on advising, innovative and creative programming and educational initiatives critical to the success of our community. The successful candidate will facilitate educational and programmatic initiatives, advises fraternities, sororities and governing councils to promote heath and safety, foster diversity and inclusion, and cultivate a learning-centered environment that connects individual, organizational, and community experiences.
