The School of Nursing is seeking candidates for a visiting Assistant Professor to coordinate the Family Nurse Practitioner track of the Master of Science in Nursing. Eligible candidates must hold a Doctoral degree from an accredited institution and be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. The candidate must hold the required ARNP license in Florida and be eligible for practice as a nurse practitioner in the State of Florida.
Additional requirements include experience as an educator in higher education, clinical care practice experience, and be able to incorporate high impact practices in education of nurse practitioners. The candidate should have strong leadership capabilities along with a commitment to collegiality, and innovation in teaching, scholarly and creative activities, and service.
