Position: Machine Operator I Location: Verona, Pa Pay: $12.00 / Hour. Hours: 2 shifts available. Monday thru Thursday, either 5 am to 3 pm OR 3 pm to 1 am. Type: Contract to hire. Benefits: Company offers benefits package if hired on.
1.1 Assists Operator II or III on machinery equipment the operator is assigned, such as the Laser and Router operations and or other various equipment or machines. (Ref. P012 Production Procedure, Section 7, Step 3 of 7). 1.2 Has an adequate amount of knowledge of materials (ferrous and non-ferrous metals, acrylics and plastics). 1.3 Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications, using squares, rulers, and measuring tapes. 1.4 Layout and examine stock pieces to be processed to ensure that specifications are met. 1.5 Assists in reading the drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences. 1.6 Move parts into position, manually or with hoists or cranes.
2.1. Hours worked need to entered in to Data base ( Dradis ) at the end of each shift. 2.2. Maintains In-Line QC Inspection instructions WI-0167 / Form F054 Verifies specifications by measuring received and completed component. 2.3 Maintain processing schedule to complete tasks by scheduled dates – Form F188 2.4 Communicate job status to Material Processing Manager verbally & with Form F188 2.5 Assists in the set up and operate the equipment assigned. Confirm fuel levels are adequate per manufacturer’s recommendations. 2.6 Assists in the develops jigs or fixtures as necessary 2.7 Requisition and retrieve stock as per the cut sheet or Production Release. Return drops to inventory. 2.8 Tag and identify finished product per job, quantities, locations, etc. per the production documentation. 2.9 Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Manage appropriate equipment Maintenance Checklist (Forms F006). 2.10 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

3.1 MRP Software - DRADIS 3.2 Microsoft Office Suite — MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word 3.3 CAD Software – AutoCAD, EnRoute, Bystronics
4.1 Education – High School diploma, GED, or Vocational school.
5.0 Employment is contingent on 10 panel drug test and criminal background screen.
