This position works closely with UK Libraries Business Services Manager to provide financial management for the University Press of Kentucky’s budget. Responsibilities include providing various financial cost and income analysis, financial reports, interpretation of monthly cash and accrual budgets, and assisting with the development of complex income and expense forecasting models. This role is also responsible for payroll processing and management for UK Libraries centrally (faculty, staff and students). The individual must be able to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines, have strong attention to detail, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly, and excellent communication skills.
SAP Finance, HR and BW, Microsoft Office Suite and Filemaker Pro experience preferred
Driver’s license preferred.
