Department Name: H3020:Admitting and Registration Services
Provide day to day supervision of PRA staff. Responsible for staffing, training, and monitoring of staff. Work with staff and ancillary area's to facilitate patient throughput by decreasing wait times resulting in increased customer satisfaction at Chandler.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered)
Familiarity with budget and finance, customer service and superior interpersonal relations, accuracy of registration and financial information, day to day operations of work-flow, procedures, quality improvement, on call responsibility, inventory and stock. Responsible for work schedules and assignment of duties and able to function in patient relations assistant/associate role.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Prior supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency/prior experience in the use of computer programs related to patient registration, tracking, and document management are vital to the success of this position.
