The Institutional Research and Advanced Analytics team is seeking a data analyst to support Finance & Administration initiatives. The primary responsibilities of the analyst will be to work with customers and stakeholders to utilize standard reports, build data dashboards and reports (primarily using Tableau software), and analyze data trends. This position will work primarily on data related to Finance & Administration initiatives, including regulatory submissions as well as operational reporting needs. The analyst will work with stakeholders to fully understand and document business rules, and to utilize the data in both standard reports and ad-hoc analyses. The analyst will need to effectively communicate with both business end-users and technical database developers. Over time, we expect the successful candidate to develop subject matter expertise in various aspects of Finance & Administration data. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow her/his knowledge and skills. The IRAA team works in a fast-paced data delivery environment and has multiple simultaneous projects, so excellent prioritization and time management skills are essential.
