This position provides assistance with Distance Learning state authorization and licensure support as well as technology expertise for Distance Learning operations. Duties include researching and documenting distance learning data and processes; testing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions to support data collection, scheduling, reporting, and course development funding; providing technology expertise to support DL technology services. Requires excellent skills in research, data collection, reporting, and technology. Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Tableau or a similar reporting tool preferred; experience with SAP a plus.
Microsoft Office, Canvas learning management system, Zoom web conferencing software.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
At least 2 years experience preferred. Experience in research setting and higher education, and experience with Tableau or a similar reporting tool preferred. SAP experience a plus.
