The College of Agriculture, Food and Environment department of Horticulture seeks an Agriculture Extension Associate Senior/Horticultualist. Design, develop and deliver education programs and resource materials in horticulture crop production and marketing though the Center for Crop Diversification in concert with collaborating faculty as part of the team of Extension Associates funded by the Kentucky Horticulture Council grant.
Willingness to work as part of a team or independently when necessary.
Ability to propose creative solutions.
Ability to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Horticulture production and/or marketing expertise through formal education and experience Possess skills in data assimilation and presentation for various electronic avenues Demonstrated ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences Experience in developing and/or providing high-quality, successful educational programs Experience in writing and/or executing grant-funded projects
