Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant for University Housing provides administrative, management, and clerical support to the Assistant Director of University Housing for Staff Recruitment, Selection, & Training. This position provides oversight of the program resource centers in University Housing. This staff member will assist with hiring student and professional staff. The staff member will serve committees as needed and develop materials for recruiting and selecting undergraduate staff members. Is primarily responsible for various duties such as but not limited to creating documents and reports; restocking supplies for resource rooms; serve on committees; serve as back up for other University Housing administrative assistants; process paperwork; train and present to students and staff; conduct student grade and conduct checks for staff, utilize multiple computer programs; and other duties as assigned.
