Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver client and internal analytics through monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting activities Support client relationship building, and overall project management of analytic deliverables Deliver analytic results and reporting products to Account Management and internal customers, and lead them through interpretation of the results Define, develop and refine methodologies, tools and templates to allow for the successful execution of analytic deliverables Support the ongoing development of the Informatics Group capabilities by sharing innovative approaches and solutions with the broader team Develop and maintain appropriate documentation regarding analytic approaches, metric definitions, etc. Other Informatics group projects as directed by Informatics leadership
Required QualificationsBA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field 4+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development Intermediate level of SQL programming and familiarity of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint Preferred QualificationsMicrostrategy experience PBM experience Workers Comp experience SAS experience Already Fortune 6, we are totally focused on innovation and change.
