We Offer You will be part of the Portfolio Solutions team and work closely with the Portfolio Solutions specialists. This position will be focusing on collaborating with the specialists and relationship managers to acquire and retain discretionary and advisory mandates. It will involve structuring and customizing investment portfolios. You will also be in the lead for delivering proposals and review materials and ensuring that the team provides a positive client experience to both internal and external business partners.
You would assist the Portfolio Solutions specialists to structure mandates to suit clients' needs and review the portfolios.
You are going to deliver proposals and review materials customized for clients.
You will run portfolio analytics including cash flow projections.
Prepare contractual agreements and investment profiles for new mandate accounts.
Drive broad impact activities including the coordination of the weekly investment meetings and other country team sales meetings for Portfolio Solutions.
Respond to general enquiries from RMs and clients related to the Portfolio Solutions shelf.
Conduct training sessions for Assistant Relationship Managers to enable them on formalities and processes related to sales and aftersales of Portfolio Solutions.
Participate in various strategic projects to drive the development of the business.
You have between 1-3 years of experience in a product advisory role in Private Banking or Asset Management.
You possess an academic background in Finance/Investments or related discipline.
You should have sound knowledge of financial markets and investment management.
You have excellent presentation skills and strong communication skills.
You should have strong command of written English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
You are highly motivated and resourceful.
Your have good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Bloomberg.
