The Department of A&F VP of Finance Business Affairs Office is currently seeking a full-time Financial Administrator to assist with a variety of administrative functions and support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all other activities. Log and file accident reports, grievances, recognition awards, etc;
Providing backup support to HR Coordinators
Draft correspondences and reports for director
Assist in development and drafting of policies
Responsible for Utility and Facility Organizational Management
Process IT requests
Order office supplies, policy booklets, newsletters, etc
Coordinate annual charity campaigns
Process requisitions into purchase orders, term contract releases, PCard transactions or Small Dollar Invoice transactions
Process change orders to the above when required
Process invoices and resolve discrepancies
Distributing asset tags and coordinating asset audits.
Bachelor's degree; - OR- Associate's degree and two (2) years' experience; -OR- four (4) years' experience; degree must be in accounting or related field with related finance or accounting experience.
This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
