As a member of the Statler Hotel Culinary Team, responsible for preparation, presentation and service of food items in Mac's Cafe or the Terrace Restaurant.
One year related food service experience. A working knowledge of food preparation and presentation. Ability to operate food preparation equipment, including: choppers, slicers, mixers, ovens, steamers and various hand tools. Good customer relations skills. Must maintain an up to date "food handlers" safety certification.
