Provides executive and programmatic support to the Dean's Office and the School of Public Health. Provides Administrative support to the Associate Dean for Administration, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Associate Dean for Research, the Associate Dean for Practice and the Director of New Initiatives. Function as the FSPH Building Facilities Coordinator and the School's Primary Disaster and Emergency management contact and coordinator. Oversees various aspects of renovation projects and serves as Dean's Suite Office Manager including serving as back-up "listserv" administrator. Serve as the primary liaison between Dean's Office and visiting donors, dignitaries and all other visitors who meet with the Dean. Special projects will be assigned as needed.

Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize and complete detailed work accurately and in a timely manner.
Skill in interacting with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds. Ability to maintain equanimity in the face of resistance, indifference or hostility.
Demonstrated experience in providing support at the senior executive level.
Demonstrated experience in handling multi-line phone systems with a heavy volume of calls.
Demonstrated budget management experience including preparing projections and tracking expenditures to insure budgetary compliance.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
Demonstrated experience in creating and designing databases with large numbers of fields, and running complex ad hoc reports to extract needed information.
Demonstrated experience in making travel arrangements for senior executive staff.
Must be punctual, responsible and reliable, and dress professionally at all times. Must have positive, friendly, calm and professional attitude and demeanor.
Must be able to work 8 am-5pm schedule, occasionally arriving early or staying later, as necessary and assigned.
Experience working in an academic administrative setting, providing front office support for multiple high-level administrators.
