Provide general administrative and student affairs support to the MSBA Program with the following tasks: (1) Financial management (budget support, billing, payment and follow-up with various vendors, expense reimbursement); (2) General Administrative Support including day-to-day office operations (purchasing and maintaining supplies and equipment, ordering course materials and the organization and maintenance of complete filing and database systems); (3) Event & Program Management; (4) Proofread, edit and contribute to the design of communications material; (5) Assist with design, creation and maintenance of program web site and social media websites; (6) Respond to email and telephonic inquiries received by our office; (7) Manage procedures, logistics and systems associated with processing ~600 applications to the MSBA program (8) Course and instructor support (9) This position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a high level of computer competency in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (bonus: Dreamweaver, and html).

Demonstrated skill in operating a PC in a Windows and Local Area Network environment. Ability to assimilate new software in the creation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Ability to answer or research software questions from faculty and coworkers.
Demonstrated skill in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce business correspondence, research tables and graphs, financial reports, mail merge databases and presentations.
Organize drive directory within the LAN and manipulate files within a Windows environment.
Demonstrated skill in editing technical documents to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
Demonstrated skill in prioritizing assignments and achieving high productivity and quality within under rigid deadlines in an environment with frequent workload changes, competing demands and interruptions.
Demonstrated skill in general office management sufficient to manage an office as the key functionary.
