Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Serve as primary IT resource for small to medium-size projects Work with business segments to better define project requirements for development and implementation Translate requirements into technical specifications Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with developers and business resources Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks Deploy and maintain Applications / Systems Design & develop new automations basis the requirement Design, code, test, debug, and record those programs proficient to work at top technical level of every level of applications programming activities Develop operational documents for Application Conduct automation feasibility studies
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of IT experience 3+ years of systems analysis experience Knowledge of continuous process improvement 2+ years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle Advanced or higher level of proficiency with Microsoft .Net Framework Advanced or higher level of proficiency with Visual Basic, Access and Excel Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Proficiency with MS Project Proficiency with MS Visio Experience working in the Health Care Industry Advanced or higher proficiency with Scripting Advanced or higher proficiency with Web Automation Advanced or higher proficiency with SQL Server Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
