The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a Coordinator of Testing Services position in the Enrollment Services/Admission Department. This is a Part-Time, 20 hour per week (50% FTE) position. UC Blue Ash College is the largest regional college in Ohio, located in Blue Ash, Ohio with an enrollment of approximately 5100 students.
The Coordinator of Testing Services will coordinate testing services for UC Blue Ash College. Direct responsibilities include coordinating and administering testing services (i.e., CLEP, placement testing, proctored exams, distance learning, etc.). The Coordinator will be responsible for generating reports and maintaining test records/files, ensuring testing procedures are followed, processing course evaluation forms and/or customer service surveys, interacting with staff, faculty, external agencies and university departments. This position will also perform related duties based on departmental need.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience; or Associate's degree with three (3) years experience; or five (5) years experience. Experience must be in test administration or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident speaking and excellent listening abilities; attention to detail; provide exceptional customer service. Must be flexible in scheduling, including availability to frequently work evenings and weekends. Proficient in technology, including Microsoft and Excel. The ideal candidate will have experience in Slate and Catalyst.
This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
