The mission of Health and Wellness is to improve the health and well being of the University community through education, individual empowerment and intervention. In order to do so, the programs and services provided must be communicated effectively to our various constituents, including employees, spouses, retirees and other partner organizations. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: implementing communication and marketing plans for current and/or new programs/initiatives; designing and implementing targeted communications and marketing approaches; messaging design – including graphic design and copy for web, print and email; consulting on Health & Wellness programming regarding engagement best practices, engagement channel opportunities and brand consistency; and strategic planning for expanding and securing new engagement channels.
