The Global Compensation Team is looking for a Senior Analyst to assist with compensation cycles, market analyses, offer analyses, reporting support, and ad hoc compensation related projects. This role supports firm wide compensation initiatives in addition to acting as a point of contact for managers and HR Generalists for designated areas of the firm. This role has high visibility within the firm and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical skills.
Participates in the hiring process in the review of candidate compensation and the development of compensation offers. Makes hiring range recommendations and all related system updates. Performs valuation calculations and reviews offers for reasonableness interfacing with recruiters and HR Generalists.
Participates in the mid-year and year-end compensation processes. Activities include preparing analytics for the Compensation Committee to assist in decision making, participating in application testing, data preparation, supporting end users, preparing Committee reporting and Workday processing to Payroll.
Participates in firm-wide compensation competitiveness analysis. Activities include participating in job matching for all new hires and employee transfers; submitting front end data, posting back end data and maintaining related database tables, and generating analytical reporting for internal clients
Provides compensation analytical services to HR generalist organization and related managers for assigned client groups. Duties include job description/title review, market analysis, internal equity review, hiring range review, transfer review, and compensation cycle support.
Has primary responsibility for maintaining all compensation related databases, data tables and overall database architecture
Creates and maintains compensation reports generated from the following environments: Workday, Crystal Reporting, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Tableau.
Generating analytics and materials for senior management and Compensation Committees.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
· 4-6 years prior compensation work experience preferred
· Advanced knowledge in Access, Excel, and report writing required; experience in Crystal Reporting and Tableau strongly preferred
· Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
