Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Advancement Services is the record keeping and processing support unit for the Division of University Advancement. The primary purpose of this position is to provide timely and accurate reports/data files on fundraising efforts and alumni and other constituent records. Position will assist the Director of Advancement Services with Event module coding, monitoring and maintaining the Banner/iModules connector, data coding/data storage decisions, IT programming requests, database upgrade testing, and other database issues.
Developing/maintaining reports to meet the informational needs of University Advancement and other areas on campus utilizing WebFOCUS to compile data from the Ellucian Banner database.
Assist with system design and data storage decisions to assure the data structure promotes ease of retrieval. * Develop reports for the WebFOCUS Dashboard that promotes information access to Dashboard users 24/7.
Develop reports for database clean-up/audit projects.
Train Development Officers and their support staff to utilize Banner Advancement and the WebFOCUS Dashboard.
Work closely with the ASU Foundation office to develop and maintain end-of-month and year-end reports.
