Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Project Management lead, assist with project coordination, planning and management Manage sub–project work streams by leading client facing meeting, conducting requirements gathering and documentation Manage scope to meet project success criteria Assist with the development of the project plan Review the project plan to ensure all team members understand assigned tasks and associated deliverable dates Assist with tracking and monitoring project change request Capture project metrics and ensure they are clearly communication to the Project Management team Work with various team members to resolve project/process issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of IT/Business Project Management experience Knowledge and experience in application of project management best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in vast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Proficiency with MS ProjectPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency with MS Visio Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Healthcare Industry experienceCareers with Optum.
