Provides consumers and patients access to UK HealthCare, through providing physician referral information, directions, specific literature, forwarding calls to appropriate clinics and departments, etc.
IEBC (internal employee being considered).
Accountability, organization, communication, computer competency, phone etiquette, professionalism, medical terminology, self-motivation, good judgment, and the ability to communicate via phone and in person with other staff to improve workflow.

Two years of administrative experience and some college preferred.
