This position will serve as a team lead for billing and business office personnel. They will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient entry of charges, payments, adjustments and the reconciliation of accounts receivable; maintaining proper account documentation; resolving discrepancies in reporting; approving time off requests and time sheets; participating in corrective action plans and performance evaluations; preparing schedule and coverage of late and Saturday clinics; and working with management to develop, update, and enforce adherence to departmental, business, and billing policies. May also provide back up in the business and billing office, including ticket data entry, accepting payments, cash management, and end of day balancing.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills; be able to multi-task, work as a team- player, and be service oriented; have knowledge and experience in accounting; and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Must be a demonstrated self-starter.
Experience in SAP and KRONOS a plus.

Bachelors degree with employment experience in accounting preferred.
Supervisory experience is required.
