Provides administrative support to the assistant director for the Office for Student Diversity and Inclusion. Provides a wide range of complex office and financial assistance to keep the office high functioning. This includes, but is not limited to, logistical support for all student events/programming and office needs. Coordinates room reservations, food and AV needs for on (and off) campus events, including OSDI's annual PPLC Conference. Answers phone, manages Assistant Director's calendar as well as the Diversity Recruitment calendar, and maintains and orders office supplies for OSDI. Assists with maintaining the OSDI website, makes travel arrangements, prepares invoices, travel reimbursements, corporate card payments, vendor setup, flyers for events, and other duties as needed. Submits and manages service order requests for the office. Maintains the travel itinerary for the OSDI office and updates recruitment events in the SLATE database. Assists with the preparation of off campus recruitment events. This position reports to the Coordinator for Student Diversity and Inclusion.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative and office experience required. Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is required.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must possess exceptional, organizational skills, excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to diversity and inclusion. Experience organizing events and travel is a plus. Must comply with the confidentiality needs of the office and work tactfully, with a diverse population of students.
