Full Time; Career Starting Salary Range: $21.55- $27.77/Hourly. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Involves recommending, developing, implementing, administering, coordinating, and / or evaluating Academic Human Resources policies, labor contracts, statutes, programs, and procedures covering one or more of the following: academic recruitment, appointment, and advancement; compensation and salary administration; faculty welfare programs; visa procurement; benefits; payroll; training and development; faculty misconduct; and faculty equity.
Experience in payroll and personnel processing and related administrative skills.
Outstanding organizational skills with strict attention to detail and ability to retain information.
Strong critical thinking skills to address moderately complex issues and present nuanced analyses; demonstrated ability to apply knowledge, analyze and interpret policies and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of common computer application programs and the Google suite; demonstrated ability using spreadsheet and database software; demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
Strong written skills with the ability to proofread with a great deal of accuracy.
