The Growth and Nutrition Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
Providing a range of clinical services and case management to children, adolescents and their families coping with acute and chronic conditions in the Growth and Nutrition Program.
Performing psychosocial and risk assessments; developing and implementing interventions and treatment plans; providing advocacy and complex resource coordination.
Providing psychosocial program development and consultation to health care team.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work, LICSW required.
Experience in a medical environment is preferred.
Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and writing skills necessary.
This is a 30 hour a week position that is eligible for full-time benefits. Schedule is flexible, except Wednesday morning coverage in our Waltham location is mandatory.
